Nikki’s Place got a major facelift this week! The experienced sign installers from Sign Tech, Inc. of Punta Gorda were busy putting up a new, high-visibility, rigid flex face sign as well as a new awning.

The retro-fit lighted sign and awning were created by local sign manufacturing distributors Milliken Distribution.

One of the great features of the new sign is the fact that the existing sign structure could still be used and retro-fit with Milliken’s rigid flex face system.

Isn’t that an oxymoron, you may ask? Yes and no.

As opposed to using canvas or other cloth to create the sign, Milliken Distribution’s flex face design uses a high-quality, foldable material for ease of transport.

The other major benefits of the rigid flex face sign are safety and durability.

In our high-wind, hurricane-prone area flexible signs may tear or show damage easily.

Rigid signs may shatter all together and create dangerous projectiles!

The rigid flex face sign is the best of both worlds; tough enough to withstand strong winds and shatter-resistant.

Milliken’s Rigid flex face retro fit design is perfect for the conditions of Florida and other weather-prone areas!

Nikki’s Place is now welcoming customers with an eye-catching yellow and blue backlit sign.

The restaurant is located at 1599 South McCall Rd. in Englewood, Florida.

The beautiful new sign is sure to help everyone know about Nikki’s Place and bring in the crowds for years to come!
